Beautiful signs of Spring!
Taken around Telford Lake

Didn't realize so many colors were in the pussy willows.

Telford Lake Leduc Alberta

Love the calmness of this lake, so had to take a picture. So peaceful

Water puddle reflection. Weyburn

Found the clarity in this puddle reflection too good to resist. I rotated the pic 180 degrees.

I was fortunate to be driving by the rodeo grounds and managed a few shots of these broncos. These horses were wild and had never been in capitivity. I'm not sure if they were being broken, or just tested for rodeo stock, but what ever the reason, they put on a good show.

EASTER SUNDAY

Beautiful day for a walk. This little guy was not shy at all at getting his picture taken.

The pond at Tatagawa, which is an assisted living facility. One of my favorite places to take pictures in Weyburn. I love all the contrasting colors in this photo.

and I stayed long enough for the sun to go down.

Here I got a reflection in one of the facilities windows. Sure hope they didn't think I was a peeping Tom. I noticed after I got the shot that someone was actually sitting in the window.

Sun shining thru clouds

It was a dull evening for a walk, however the sun managed to peak thru the clouds to shine a little light on my life. (in Weyburn)

Out with the old

They are ripping down the old portion of the high school. This part was the gym, which was new after I got out of school, so well over 40 years of history. The portion of the school where my mother and I went to school, was taken down before my trip down here. It was really interesting how they go about this procedure and one has to admire the workmanship involved.

Zamboni

While in Weyburn, I took in a hockey game. I couldn't resist taking a picture of my cousin Brent, driving the Zamboni.

Cat tails

With working on the house, I am not getting out everyday for a walk or picture taking, so my pictures will be sporadic. Day was cool, but I was able to get out along the river. I just love cat tails and all their whimsical shapes and stages of development.
