             A superb plant for providing a diverse array of colors to ones garden.

The Etahnol Plant

So many times while out walking, I am drawn the the smoke spewing from the plant and the contrasting elements with the sky.

Radville Sask

While road tripping in the area south west of Weyburn, I came across this very creative and cute bench, located outside the local food store in Radville.

This building is now the Seniors Center, however it was the original theater. Notice the ticket booth located in the front center. It takes one back in time.

Some of the treasures I found on Highway 33 south of Regina, Sask.

 

Beautiful Sunset @ Creelman Sask. Grain Elevators rapidly becoming a thing of the past. Nice to get a shot of history. Used a few post color adjustments to obtain this hue

 

Sites along Saskatchewan Highway 33

These pictures were taken while on a short road trip along Highway 33 in Southern Saskatchewan.

This Crossing is located at Francis and is one of many along this route. This rail line was abandoned by the railway and the farmers of the area saw the potential and purchased it. It is now a viable rail line, providing grain and oil transportation along this route.

If you love old vehicles, Fillmore is the place to be. This is an old 3ton coal hauling truck.

 

A lot of love has gone into the refurbishing of this vehicle.

Fred Johns Park - Moon

      We are so very lucky in Leduc to have so many beautiful parks and walk ways.

Pond life on the Souris River

This is an overflow area of the Souris River in

 Weyburn, Sask. I love the contrasting greens of the algae, and pond plant life.
